My brand new netbook is acting weird what can i do

I just buy netbook from amazon and only have had it for 3 days. It's should be new netbook. It works fine but while on the internet the screen zoom level keeps changing on its own. At first i thought it would adjust based on the site but If im on a site for a long time reading an article it zooms in and out every other minute. its starting to get really annoying. anyone know if there is something i can do to fix the netbook before i have to call amazon? im just really avoiding having to send it back. Not sure if this matters but its an EB 2010 model with windows 7

I can almost guarantee you're not minding the touchpad carefully enough. I had this same problem with my netbook but it's simply because when not brushing your finger over the pad lightly enough it interprets you as applying pressure and moving up or down which for some reason on netbooks is hotkeyed for page zoom functionality. Just adjust your touchpad settings or be more careful of it in the future.
