So as we all know FFTHG offers up one of the nicest little things, in that you can choose where to put some of your stat gains.
This level of customization is beautiful, IMHO, but all in all it also makes it so that some statlines are more used than others, such as Pure Strength and Pure Willpower.
But I'm wondering what you guys think are some more radical, unusual statlines that can prove just as efficient as the more common types?
Currently I'm trying a Str/Will for my Redmage, Pure MP for Blackmage and Pure Vitality for Knight.

That I find useful really out of classes I've played... These are based roughly to level 60. Anything after, probably will need better adjustement. xD Stats can be done however at any level, basically as long as they stay within these parameters.
WMs = 10 hp, 10 agi, 10 mp, rest wp average magic 15 hp, 10 vit, 20 str, rest wp magic melee 20 mp, 5 vit, rest wp more magic 20 hp, 25 str, 20 vit, rest wp balanced melee mage
BMs = 10 hp, 10 mp, 15 vit, rest wp average mage 15 hp, 15 mp, rest wp lengthy mage 20 agi, 15 vit, rest wp speedy mage
Knight = 10 hp, 20 dex, 10 agi, rest str average knight 20 hp, 10 dex, 15 vit, rest str life knight 25 dex, 25 agi, rest str speedy knight
I've always suggested build patterns like this to Taka to post on the site, but he doesn't seem to be very interested. xD

I never seem interested because whenever I ask people to send me their ideas for stat guidelines, I only get silence in return.

well, when i started Hiro, EVERYONE said, OMG PURE WP? theats Ghey! you won't be able tu hael. well, turns out it pwns and now 1/5 of every Whitemage is pure WP. it's still pretty rare and relatively odd seing as how you would want more MP to heal often.

Just like how people told me I'd never do any damage as Pure MP. First someone finished the Pure MP BM, then someone's Pure HP Ranger...nothing is left for me! *Cut cut cut*

What about Sil's whitemage, Life Giver, what lvl/build is he? Man, Sil gets no credit for being the number 1 Bluemage...

Pure HP and Vit for WM's they get enough willpower as it is comon they are healers not damage dealers besides LS never really helped me out in the past so thats the bottom line ;D

LS has helped out so much, just wait till ES. also, since my WM is pure wp build, i'm able to cure 3 for over 650 hp, and my HS3 is almost able to cure up to 500 hp. if you find a well suited party, lack of mp isn't really an issue, since other party members will dishout leaving you to freely med.

Bah...I win the outragous build award...My pure strength White Mage at level 52! He has more strength than my Knight! It's a shame he can't do all 7 hits with that giant Maul of his, or he'd do more physical damage than most people I've seen. d: And on that note, NaturalGemini is a pure Will Ranger.

Currently I'm trying a Str/Will for my Redmage, Pure MP for Blackmage and Pure Vitality for Knight. I don't see what's so unusual about Str/WP for a RM...

In fact, that's the ONLY build I ever hear about with Red Mages (aside from one person saying he was pure Vit).

In fact, that's the ONLY build I ever hear about with Red Mages (aside from one person saying he was pure Vit). I remember when pure WP used to be the popular build for RMs. It seems that Kyou and I have popularised the str/WP build although I think Kyou has done more since I've been more or less idle for the past 3 months.

A combination of school, work, and theater has limited my playing somewhat, not to mention I'm rotating between 4....5........6 different chars >.>
O BTW Firestarter is Brandish, he still plays.
