On wsay Kija was defending the bypassing rule when he also mentioned that it is somehow against the rules to ask question on wsay. I wasnt aware of this, can someone explain more without stating the obvious.

When asking a question or stating a comment if something is bypassing, and are bypassing within the statement, it is still considered against the rules. The question itself is not. In those sort of situations, it is best to use tell.

Just to elaborate on that, for anybody who read it and didn't get it...
Bypassing: <U. Dye (Wsay)>: "Hey Kija, are we allowed to say fvck on wsay?"
Not bypassing: (Telling) Ramor: "Hey Kija, are we allowed to say fvck on wsay?" Ramor (Tell): "No."

Well, as I understand it, we're allowed to ask them over wsay, we just can't break the rule in the process of asking. Like, if you're asking if we're allowed to use a word, generally you shouldn't use that word in the question. See what I'm saying?

5. No unnecessary thread necromancy. By this we mean don't revive old threads unless you intend to post worthwhile and relevant content. An old thread is a thread that hasn't been posted on in more than a week or so. Seriously, threads die for a reason. In compilence to this, don't create several topics of the same discussions or ideas. More specifically, making a post in an old thread about your favorite class that amounts to 'lol i agree' is a violation of this rule. Making a post in that same thread where you say what your favorite is and give a semi-detailed (at the least) explanation as to why that class is your favorite, on the other hand, is acceptable. Making that same detailed post in an old thread about your favorite video game is unnecessary and gets you the same punishment as a 'lol +1 post count' post. In the General Board, the two topics called ' Birthday' and ' Player Pictures', as well as anything in the Tales and Stories Board, can be freely posted in. That is, it doesn't matter how long it has been since someone last made a post in either of those two General Board topics or any topic in Tales and Stories. Thread closed.
