1) State your BYOND key that was banned.
I was IP banned, so all keys, Thyger being my main one.
2) State what you were banned for. You need to give acknowledgment to what caused you to be banned.
I was banned for calling Mahn a loser when I was going to quit the game for a while. I said I was quitting for a while (probably untill V8), I stayed around for a bit saying some goodbye's and talking about Gears of War 2 (a heated discussion with me, it's one of my weak points), Mahn asked me why I was still there, so I responded with some statements about him playing WoW and being a loser, and then logged out.
3) You need to give a detailed explanation of why you want to be unbanned.
I would first like to acknowledge that I was out of line. I understand the rules of the game and I have been around since V4, so I know it was wrong of me to personally attacked a Brotherhood member, or anyone else for that matter. With that said, this is not me trying to justify my actions. The basis on my asking to be unbanned is simply asking forgiveness. I have been playing this game since version 4, and I'm sure there are people who can acknowledge that for all my faults, I have not cause a lot of trouble. Sometimes things happen, but for the most part I had contributed to making THG community a more active and better community in the long run. I screwed up. I know that I shouldn't have, but the punishment for my first time error was being permanently banned? I have never been jailed (without asking to visit Bubba specifically with Milenko), and I have never, even been kicked from the game as far as I can remember. So although I called someone a loser quite wrongfully, fully aware of the rules, shouldn't I have been kicked first, or at least banned for a certain length of time rather than indefinitely? That is up for you, not me, to decide obviously, but I feel I was punished quite harshly as a first time offender in four-five years of playing this game.
4) You need to give a SINCERE apology attuning for what you did. Especially if you verbally attacked someone. You must give an apology to that specific person, whoever it may be.
I'm not going to lie for one minute and say that I don't miss the laughs with some people in THG. However for the first couple of weeks of being banned I didn't appeal because I didn't want to kick up a fuss over something I clearly caused, and I rarely post on the forums as you can see so I didn't want to make it a habit. I have realized, and yes it took me some time, that even if this doesn't work out and the Brotherhood leaves me permanently banned, at least I have the chance to apologize to Mahn for something he didn't deserve. I knew you had a bay day because you said so when you came online, and I only made it worse by insulting you in retailiation with something way over the line and probably personal. I know "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it, but the fact that I am even writing this should show you i'm taking responsibilty for the things that I have typed, and I hope that you can forgive me Mahn, even if I am kept banned.
