Honestly, that movie sounds like it's as bad of an idea as Snakes on a Plane.
However, there are maybe 2 or 3 people I would like dead... and would ask if I can pick who it is before deciding.

If this is what I'm thinking, the way it works is: If you press the button, someone dies, and you get a million dollars. If you don't press the button, someone you know dies.

it's a stupid movie based upon a philosophical question mentioned above. they're reallyyyyy struggling to come up with new movies, i guess they got done remaking movies 3 times.

People that make the movies need to realise they're going to get bashed if they rush it for money. I mean, for Nexus's sake, things like Paranormal and Quarantine show the complete INABILITY to create fearful situations, and movies that are supposed to be funny are stupid. It kills me, because sometimes they ruin good ideas and then drive them into the ground.
Then again, in the end, they make a profit on it, since we all go to see it anyway. Take FF: Dissidia, for example. We bought a bad game just because we could play our favorite FF characters.
