Up in the sky! Its a bird! Its a Plane!

....It's Gumdrop?? Hehe. Okay don't mean to inflate my big bubble here, (atleast not TOO much). My party went to fight Grygaz, ya know, just because we were getting bored with my 3-consecutive ambushes (kudos to mahn's consecutive button pressing).

The fight was pretty long. This guy really has alot of HP. Our party setup was as follows:
Gumdrop- Redmage - level 27
Sadochoist-Knight- 29
Sleepy brown(ithink) Bluemage - 24(ithink, he just got poison2)
Vitalas-Ranger 29
Daemios- thief -24 (ithink, she just got camoflauge)
Dajiro-Bluemage- 29

So, I started off with a fast on gumdrop..poison3 on Gry..then we all baited till we couldn't bait no more. Sleepy didnt have bait, and dajiro's meat was from 4-5 weeks ago, so it wasnt working for some reason. Anywayz. Bluemages slept the small fry. Boosted the knight, and the thief(after quite a few opener rounds of fighting which she was sure to remind me of >_>).

It was a long fight. Sleepy went down first, shortly followed by Gry gobbling Daemios up. Dajiro was eaten a few turns after that, as well. Gumdrop, Sadoch, and Vit survived for quite some time more rounds untill; Vit died. Sado held in there for awhile as well, and then it happened. Sado died.

I was by myself. Just Gumdrop. I quickly attempted to get forcefield up. I had to heal first. This last cure emptied me to the pits of my MP reserves. I meditated, then put forcefield up. I took another two turns, one to cast shield, then 1 more to heal myself again when Grygaz died of poison damage! (75 per turn from poison 3 is killer, by the way.)

My heart lept into my throat as I started to cheer...but alas, the great beast made one last giant, frightful roar....




Ahhhh! This..could be a REALLY bad situation...How can they do this to me? Well luckily, I didn't panic. I kept a cool head and started taking them down one by one.



I should have brought popcorn..



And...finally, at 2 A.M.

In retrospect, it wasn't UBER hard; i had alot of buffs and tricks up my sleeve, but I attribute this win to my build of Agi/Wp mix. Redmage still has alot of room for improvement though!! dont take this as a 'oh man we need to nerf redmage' >_> Or i ..will cry.

Note: I killed them all except the last 1. =) Wanted to see a lock/slow/boost'd slash to compare damage/difficulty of how many creatures i took down. <.<b

10mp to start with It was Vit's idea to lightstorm..that sped things up considerably. I was just going to Drain them all to death, haha.
