look I'm tiered of this. The day mahn and me had that argument yes i was mad because i get real tiered of the gm ppl that make these dumb rules and enforce them to where we get screwed over. What i mean about that is when there is a rule that prevents you getting help or something like that its just messed up. It just makes me really mad when say a gm is doing nothing can help train or just give you some help and they don't either because theres a rule for it or if they just don't care to share there power by helping you but this doesn't mean giving the power away to someone. Now to the real meaning for what I'm typing this for. I am very sorry about what i said to you and all the other gms i should have not brought you into mahn and my disagreement. If you guys allow me to come back i promise i will never do what i did that day. It was stupid of me and all the stuff i said that was stupid that stuff was me messing around with mahn i didn't think he would take it to such a high level and now i realize that i shouldn't of done it and i am sorry about that. So i hope to all the people i offend mostly mahn i hope you can forgive me an allow me to come back so i can play your game because i now know not many games can compete to yours.

Well, I only have a few questions on the matter:
- What are these 'dumb rules' you speak of; which one(s) prevent people from getting help? The only rule I can think of that might be attributed to stifling a player's chances of getting help is the "Don't repeatedly ask for parties" rule.
- What do you mean by 'giving help' and 'sharing power'? The game is coded to prevent people from partying with someone who has not beaten the same boss(es) as someone else, so sometimes 'nothing' is the only option a GM has when it comes to helping someone train.

for you first question i dont mean just this game in general lots of games have a rule like that and yes i was talking about the rule you said because sometimes you have to ask allot because sometimes ppl are rude and wont respond with a yes or yes there is but were full that would be nice to hear. an even when i don't here someone respond i check the who list and when there are ppl in the area I'm in and be rude in not letting me join or anyone elense its just wrong. Then with the power thing i didn't mean to put it in those words when i said that i mean join my party so you can use the power you have on your character like abilities to help kill the monsters so i can gain some levels so mainly when i said that it means if your in the area I'm in and your strong.enough to help me train. finally with the gm thing not all the times a gm is busy but when you ask for help they will just say no but if you say I'm doing this and maybe later that would be nice because it sounds like to me that some people wont help because of lvl or something other reason. Truly I'm not trying to be rude but i really liked how it was a few years ago. So i hope that answers your questions i really am sorry about what i did so if you and the other gms can forgive me it would be really nice.

Well, that does clear things up somewhat. It _does_ seem like players have a tendency to ignore anyone asking for help, even if they can provide it. As for giving power and helping people level, it comes back to sometimes that people can't help due to being at a different point in the game... and sometimes it's due to the problem noted earlier; some people just can't be bothered to do something as simple as saying, "Sorry, but I can't (or won't) help, because of *such-and-such reason*."

ya i can understand that but in the past on this game when i would ask for help they would just say no then i would see them help someone Else just because the knew each other from a game or hanged out with each other be for and thats one thing that would get anyone mad.

Yeah, that does happen too. Unfortunately, we can't go around punishing people for refusing to help certain people compared to others, unless they also are insulting those people they don't want to help.

I asked Mahn that very same question once. He said some sections of the forum, such as this one, don't contribute to your rank.
