I think it would be cool to raise the prices of equipment, thus making it a significant moment when you buy a new piece of equipment, right now buying stuff consists of only getting to the spot where it is sold, where the fun/challenge in that.
Also, I think it would be cool to have a Population counter, to count every character made for each house.

I'm not sure how raising the prices would change much. It'd still be a matter of getting to the spot where the item is sold, you'd just need to fight a bit longer in order to have the necessary gold.
As for a population counter, it wouldn't be accurate, since it'd count people who logged in for all of three seconds, logged out, and never came back. It also has the potential to encourage population inflation. People would make a character just so that their kingdom's population is increased; they'd have little interest in actually using the character.

Now, with all these new "talk" commands, there is hardly a need for houses. Most people just choose to be a part of a house only because they like that sprite, which *should* be a good enough reason to remove all the house commands from the game. I just don't see the point in them anymore.

yea...as for prices....you are somewhat incorrect...most of the time, people who get somewhere have 2938549087 gold from a couple of ToTE characters...i for that matter, am very poor, i rarely have much money for more than 1-2 peices of eqp (this is with all the money from the two characters i'm using to buy eqp for one of them -.-)
[google]whats this?[/google]

The houses are used for Role Playing...at least, thats what me, Slash and Slick use them for.

Indeed, houses give me a sense of "purpose" as I play the game...Slash, Bobo, and I all love Dainan, long live that humble, sophisticated community...

Yea, but you're the exception as opposed to the rule, Slick. The majority of my characters don't belong to a house - I feel the house commands clutter up the stat tabs even more.

So, the reason you dont choose houses is cuz you like your DS neat? and too lazy to scroll?

That pretty much covers it, yeah... I play at 1280x1024 resolution and I still can't see all the tabs at once.
