problems with the server loading

sometimes it loads a bunch of errors and a blank screen(sometimes happens in the server also)

and sometimes you have to reconnect a ton of times this gets annoing


right now

Loading local copy of default skin.
Skin loaded.
Setting network delay to 0.

and both screens the black and white one are empty

Well, you are banned, so that might cause a problem when attempting to connect. However, there should have been a message about it when connecting. But with BYOND 4.0, it may do something different.

banned hold it mahn said a lttile earlyer i had 1 more chance and i havent broken it i dont even think i ever said anything much after that

and that other post was about something that happened yesterday as in before mahn said i had 1 last chance

so to put it simply i havent done anything sence mahn warned me

That would be due to me. I didn't know beforehand you were given one last chance. Knowing how things are, I'm amazed he was so lenient with you. If he wants to unban you, he can. I won't mind. I, personally, was tired of receiving complaints about you, especially after warning you myself. So, if Mahn doesn't feel like unbanning you, I guess my decision sticks.

Furthermore, if you want to get unbanned, follow the procedure outlined in the stickied topic of the Complaints subforum. Following it gives a chance of being allowed back in. Ignoring it gives us all a laugh at your expense, and you don't get to go back in.

However, generally when you get unbanned, from what I've seen you only get one last chance. So if you do end up getting back into the game, I'd say stay completely in line, and avoid saying anything offensive. The crap I've seen you spew was utterly deplorable and makes me sad to see people sink so low.

Take a few days' break and think about how you would feel if someone ran up to you screaming how you deserve to die because of your sexuality, or harassing you because you come from so-and-so place. It's not fun.

Also, when you submit your request to have your ban lifted, do make an effort to not be unbearably smug about it, nor act like you're above the rules and thus deserve an apology and/or lifting of the ban right away. You occasionally give the impression that the rules only apply to you when you want them to. You gaybash, offend and harass people on a whim (and contrary to popular belief, you can indeed harass someone even if they're in the midst of returning the favor; it's not a one way path of blame). You tend to react to criticism/rebuttals along the lines of 'I don't like your response, so I'm going to ignore it (or possibly insult and taunt you whenever you run into problems during a fight) and ask someone else what they think until I get a positive response'. Hell, even now you're trying to weasel out of this punishment with nitpicking and a dogged pursuit of potential loopholes ("Guys Mahn said I could have a second chance! He really did say so! He hasn't said anything in this thread that would indicate otherwise so it must be true!").

Long story short, you've gotten yourself into a hell of a screwup this time. Pulling the same act you've been pulling since you started playing isn't going to work any more.

No mis-ban. Rand's reason is "legit". Stop causing grief. If you want to be unbanned, use the correct format. I doubt you would be unbanned after lying and causing a bunch of grief. If it does continue though; I'm sure a moderator wouldn't mind banning you from the forums either.

OK, I've tried being nice about it, but from the opinion others have of you, alongside my own experience and hunches, I've no other choice but to believe that you do indeed have the attention span of a coma patient and the humility of Narcissus.

Your ban was NOT a mis-ban. At least half of the BH agrees with the ban and thinks it's just. mahn's even gone ahead and made it clear that you're a bald-faced liar and that your ban is in no way a mis-ban. Your inability to accept responsibility for what you did wrong and your continued efforts to cling to a claim that is clearly disproven ("Mahn assured me that the ban is accidental!") is off-putting.

Now I hope that, just this once, you LISTEN to people instead of stubbornly trudging on under the mistaken belief that you're not at fault. It would do wonders for your chances of ever being granted a removal of your ban. I'll even be nice and rephrase this entire response in nice big bold letters, just so that you have an easier time seeing it:

You are banned. Your ban is not an accident nor a mistake. Make up whatever claims you want, because they'll change little (aside from strengthening your image as an irresponsible human being who deserves less and less pity with each excuse). End of discussion.
