Wow my first post Ok im suggestin' a bit more gameplay the marks just don't seem to be a cutting edge...I mean the marks are good but their should be more to it, possibly some NPC interaction because just walkin' their bores the story. Maybe something else to go with DM becuase i just walk in fight a few worms and go to a simple boss, DM is the perfect place to slap a new mark and a mini boss. Yes sounds stupid but it said suggestions

The marks hold storyline value. To do what you're suggesting would mean to make up more storyline, which would probably change what's already there, which is actually pretty damn good.
Besides, from what I heard, DM is more important than it used to be. Like, Kaug is actually a boss now, whereas he was more of an annoying path-blocker in versions of old.

you misunderstood, i did not once say to change the storyline and i never once said it sucked either, i simply stated a suggestion to "Add" "qoutes" needs to be more NPC interaction towards the marks, because just walkingto it and going to val kinda simplifies no point even though their is.

Why would the NPCs know anything about the Hunting Grounds besides what Investigators tell them? If you didn't notice the Hunting Grounds are scary places..(points to the thread "Darkness of Danaria" in the stories sub-forum)I don't think NPCs would wander aimlessly there to get more information when that's your job.

ok i obviously missing somthing here, your telling me all characters that are not "Online Players" have no point in the game? thats makes no since so we are basically aimlessly walking around into THG to fight monsters at our own will?

No just most NPCs. Have you ever talked to a non-important NPC? The masses know what the Hunting Grounds are and want to stay as far away from them as possible. [EDIT] We're not wandering around aimlessly we're investigating the occurance of chaotics in the Hunting Grounds.

well i refered to that topic you mentioned and i think i understand the little point is simplified as in we are to make the story but within' the boundries of the area and elements given. still some increased game play would be nice in DM.
