First of all is the Investigator filter. I don't care about the other one, but for the love of God at least CONSIDER this. What I was thinking was a little blacklist you could make, that if people say something it would automatically ignore them for a number of seconds set by the user. For example, I get sick of people replacing 'u' with 'you' and I generally avoid them anyway, so it would be easier in my opinion if they were auto-ignored. It would also help for people that dislike words that are not filtered out, such as 'shit'.
Second of all is just a little thought process I had that I feel sure isn't going to be given a rat's ass about, but I might as well submit it. Occasionally, no matter what my class, I call out what I'm going to do in hopes that people will listen and think, 'Gee I should direct my magic somewhere else.' Knowing that, it led to the thought that what if you input your command by calling it out? There are a number of ways it could be done, I suppose, but since there are a lot of people that don't hover over the Party Stats tab, it would save them some MP or something. My thought was something like this:
* Magical Abilities - Meditate
Or
* Magic - Ice 2 - Area - 5
Or
* Attack - 2
There would be a load of confusion for noobs, of course, but it makes it seem clearer to me and for people with slower computers the commands could be put in quicker?
